How it works:

--Take your batting position with
your head facing the pitcher look
at the pitcher while putting the
mouth piece in your mouth.
--For right hand batters, clip the
chain to the lower right side of
your jersey.
--For left handed batters, clip the
chain to the lower left side of
your jersey.
--Keeping the head in a positive
position enables you to follow the
ball from pitcher to catcher.
--If the head is not in a positive
position, you will feel the resistance
on the chain.
--When you can't feel the resistance,
you are keeping your head in a
positive hitting position.
