discussion and demonstration of
the Aztec warm up and flexibility
drills, Ohton shares the endurance
building running program they use.

The program that is used at San
Diego State starts with a cardio
program, then works into an
intermediate program, competition
period, and ends with the "showtime"
period. Each of these steps will cover
between 2-3 weeks and build each
athlete's endurance, speed, and
running form. This will gradually
work your athletes into top shape.

Finally, Ohton diagrams the
agility drills that he uses
to help each athlete reach
their potential. Over 20 different
baseball-specific agility drills
are shown. The flexibility program,
conditioning program, and agility
drills are ideal for a team
setting or for individual
player workouts.
