How To Use ReactionPro:
---------------------
--Place your ReactionPro on the ground.
--The person throwing the ball
should stand 8-12 ft from the pad.
--The ball should be thrown at the pad
in a SIDE ARM THROWING MOTION just
like with skipping a rock over water.
--Receiver stands 15-20 ft back from
the pad in order to get a feel for the
speed and action of the ball.
--Once comfortable, the receiver should begin
moving closer to the mat until they are
being tested, yet still in control.
--This distance will vary for each player
depending on age, skill level, ball type,
and ball speed.
